Harvested from vineyards across the Niagara Peninsula. This Chardonnay is barrel fermented and aged sur lie for 12 months in 100% French oak barrels, of which 25% were new.
A beautiful bouquet shows notes of red apple, pineapple, and Bartlett pear, with well-integrated spice and oak nuances. A smooth yet still refreshing, medium-bodied, slightly rich, fruit-forward Chardonnay. Flavours of ripe tree fruits unfold on the palate. Notes of apple and citrus, with a touch of spice and toasty oak linger on the finish.
