WINE MAKING

Harvested from carefully chosen vineyard sites which have a reputation for producing elegant. A very gentle pressing, just enough to burst the skins, allows the free run juice to be separated from its skins. The juice is cool fermented (as low as 14˚C) and aged in stainless steel tanks for optimum fruit concentration.

FLAVOUR PROFILE

Clear and bright with a fresh clean aroma of white peach and apple, with a touch of floral and tropical fruit. This is a light, crisp, refreshing, and fruity Riesling with lovely bright flavours of juicy orchard fruits. This dry-ish Riesling finishes with notes of pink grapefruit, Meyer lemon, tropical fruit, and floral. A perfect balance of between natural sweetness and fresh acidity.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Serve at a cool 10 to 12ºC. Enjoy with sushi, shellfish, oysters, salmon, tilapia and halibut. Wonderful with lightly spiced curry or savoury Asian vegetable dishes. Serve with lemon chicken, take-out fish and chips, green salads with light vinaigrettes, fresh focaccia with herbed olive oil and balsamic dip. Serve with creamy cheese such as Brie and Camembert. Perfect on hot summer days, crisp fall evenings, long winter interludes or fresh, clean spring days. Refreshing Riesling anytime.
