WINE MAKING

The cool fermentation (12 to 14˚C) was stopped early to retain the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, and then the wine was aged in stainless steel to retain fruit characteristics.

FLAVOUR PROFILE

Clear and bright with fresh, clean aromas of apple, citrus, pear, and a touch of floral. A light, fresh and fruity Riesling. This off-dry Riesling is perfectly balanced between natural acidity and fruity sweetness. The juicy, fruit flavours of peach, ripe red apple, and melon excite the palate. A bright, fresh citrus medley, white peach, and pear notes linger on the finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Serve at a cool 10 to 12°C. Serve with steamed mussels; pan-fried fish; poached salmon; sushi; chicken skewers with dipping sauces; spiced pork dishes; mild curried chicken and rice; roast chicken; spring rolls; crab dip; take-out fish and chips.
