WINE MAKING
Carefully selected Pinot Grigio grapes from the finest vineyards in Italy and Canada are fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is chilled at 0°C, filtered and infused with carbon dioxide to give a delightfully sparkling (frizzante) mouthfeel.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
