Harvested from select vineyards within (75%) Italy and (25%) Canada. Traditional red wine making with subtle oak integration for added depth of flavour and complexity. FLAVOUR PROFILE
A bright garnet colour with a bouquet of red cherry, blue plum, violet, and delicate sweet spice. This Sangiovese has soft silky tannins, bright acidity, and flavours of juicy red cherry, red berry, and spice, which also linger on the finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve at a cool room temperature of 15 to 17°C. Serve with grilled red meats and sautéed mushrooms; Portobello burgers; cold beef wraps; gourmet pizzas; red sauce pastas with Parmigiano Reggiano; meaty, cheesy lasagna; mushroom lasagna; mushroom risotto; eggplant ragout; eggplant parmesan; or simply enjoy as an everyday sipping wine.
