Garnet to light purple colour with a bouquet of plum, black cherry and licorice. Copper Moon Shiraz is a smooth, medium-bodied wine with juicy flavours of plum and cherry. A medley of ripe berries and a touch of sweet spice linger on the finish.

Serve at a cool room temperature of 16 to 18 C. Pairs well with chili, saucy barbecued ribs, marinated steaks, burgers, red sauce pasta with spicy sausage and hearty winter stews. Drink young and fresh.
