WINE MAKING
Carefully selected Pinot Grigio grapes from the finest vineyards in Italy and Canada are fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is chilled at 0°C, filtered and infused with carbon dioxide to give a delightfully sparkling (frizzante) mouthfeel.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve chilled at 10 to 12ËšC to enhance the refreshing acidity of this wine. Enjoy with creamy Brie and water crackers; pan-fried fillet of fish; poached salmon; sushi; California rolls; roast chicken; turkey wraps; or enjoy with friends and family while dining alfresco. Drink young and fresh.
