WINE MAKING

The XOXO Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay grapes were picked from the finest vineyards in Canada and around the world. Cool fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks assisted in enhancing aromatics and pure fruit flavours. The Chardonnay was also aged with oak for a short period of time for added complexity.

TASTING NOTES

A bright straw yellow colour with aromas of citrus and pear (from the Pinot Grigio) mingling with tropical fruit and apple (from the Chardonnay). This perfect match provides a just off-dry, smooth yet refreshing, light-bodied mouth-feel and flavours of citrus and apple. Notes of lemon, green apple and pear linger on the finish. Enjoy while young and fresh.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Serve chilled at 10 to 12°C. Excellent with grilled pork chops; roast chicken; poached salmon; sushi; steamed mussels; hummus with pita chips; light summer salads; white pizza; light cream sauces on pasta and seafood; creamy Brie and water crackers.
