WINE MAKING

Our Chardonnay is made with grapes picked from the finest vineyards in Canada and around the world. Traditional white wine making with cool fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks assists in enhancing aromatics and pure fruit flavours. A portion of the Chardonnay also undergoes subtle oak integration for added depth of flavour and complexity.

TASTING NOTES

Clear and bright with a yellow hue colour. Delicate notes of red apple, pear and oak rise from the glass. This Chardonnay is medium-bodied with a smooth easy-drinking mouth-feel and flavours of pear, apple and a touch of butter and cream. Notes of spice and apple linger on the finish, along with just enough acidity to refresh. Enjoy while young and fresh.

Excellent with roast chicken; turkey dinner; barbecued salmon steaks; creamy cheeses with baguette; light cream sauces on pasta; filet of sole with butter sauce; baked potatoes; scalloped potatoes; chicken pot pies; crispy battered fish filets; crispy deep-fried chicken.
