WINE MAKING
Harvested from vineyards in the Niagara Peninsula; chosen for their varietal character and pure fruit flavours. Gentle pressing and slow, cool ferment in stainless steel to preserve the bright and expressive aromatics. The fermentation is stopped at a point of balance to produce a wine with refreshing acidity and a juicy off-dry finish.
FLAVOUR PROFILE
Clear and bright with a clean fresh aroma of tangerine, white peach, melon, and white flowers. An off-dry, light, refreshing and fruity white wine. Wonderful flavours of juicy citrus (Meyer lemon and tangerine), peach and tropical fruit dance on the palate. Lemon, lime, apple, and a touch of peach and golden kiwi linger on the refreshing, off-dry finish. A perfect balance between fruity sweetness and refreshing juicy acidity.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve chilled at 10 to 12°C. Fabulous sipping wine 365 days a year.
