Harvested from the vineyards of long-standing growers for Wayne Gretzky Estates. Cool fermented and aged in stainless steel to enhance fruit characteristics.
FLAVOUR PROFILE
Clear and bright with a clean fresh aroma of gooseberry, golden kiwi, yellow apple, and lemongrass. A light to medium-bodied, crisp, and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. Exciting flavours of yellow apple, citrus, and golden kiwi sing on the palate. Pink grapefruit, green apple, and a touch of peach linger on the refreshing finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve chilled at 10 to 12°C. Fabulous sipping wine or serve with asparagus and goat cheese pizza; Margherita pizza; herbed tomato bruschetta; basil pesto on grilled chicken or pasta; roasted orange pepper and goat cheese wrapped in pita bread; lemon herb chicken skewers; pan-fried delicate fish fillets with fresh herbs; spring pea risotto; sun-dried tomato, oregano and basil marinated grilled chicken.
