This intense Riesling comes from Ghost Creek Vineyard. From time to time, a creek mysteriously appears in the vineyard and then disappears just as quickly as it came.
The resulting wine has an amazing burst of flavours and is extremely well balanced between citrusy sweetness and refreshing acidity. Keep it for 5 years or longer and the mineral notes will further develop.
