WINE MAKING
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are pressed, then the juice is cool fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the fresh fruit characters.
TASTING NOTES
Clear and bright with aromas of pear, green apple, and a touch of honey on the nose. A dry, refreshing white wine with flavours of green apple, citrus, and golden kiwi, which also linger on the finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve chilled at 10 to 12°C. Enjoy as a casual sipping wine for when friends gather or serve with Tabbouleh; herbed hummus on pita; herbed shrimp skewers; chicken burgers; chicken quesadillas; creamy Brie on water crackers; goat cheese and zucchini pizza. Drink young and fresh.
