Traditional red wine making. Subtle French and American oak aging for the perfect balance of fruit and delicate oak.
TASTING NOTES
A bright garnet in colour with a bouquet of blue plum and blackberry, accented by a touch of spice and tea leaves. A dry, medium-bodied red wine with bold flavours of dark plum, black cherry, and blackberry. Similar notes to the palate linger on the finish with an added note of black tea.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve at a cool room temperature of 16 to 18°C. Enjoy as a casual sipping wine or serve with cold beef wraps; Canadian cheddar; tiny, skewered meatballs; stuffed mushrooms; meaty cheesy pizza slices; sausage rolls; black bean dip. Drink young and fresh.
