A classic blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium-bodied and very approachable with soft tannins. Fruit-forward flavours of plum, cherry and blackberry are accented by notes of spice and oak with more juicy berries on the finish.
Serve at a cool room temperature of 16 to 18°C with barbecued steaks; prime rib on focaccia; pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza; meatloaf; beef wraps; burgers; beef on a bun with gravy; and roasted red pepper and eggplant wrap.
