The hot sun meets the cooling fog to create bold and luscious wines. This Pinot Noir is ripe, fruit-forward, and refined. A medley of fresh cherries, raspberries, and subtle earthiness is accompanied by light layers of spice and toasted oak. FLAVOUR PROFILE
A bright ruby red colour with a bouquet of red cherry, raspberry, and a touch of spice, oak, and earth. This Pinot Noir has a light to medium-bodied elegant frame, with soft but drying tannins, and soft acidity. Bright ripe red cherry fruit flavours are accented by spice and oak on the palate. Notes of pomegranate, red berry tea, spice, oak, earth, and red cherry linger on the finish.

WINE MAKING
Harvested from select vineyards within California and Ontario. After traditional red wine making the California (75%) Pinot Noir was aged in French oak barriques for 12 months. The premium Ontario grapes provided 25% of the blend and were aged 12 months in French oak barriques. The wine undergoes a full malolactic fermentation to soften and round out the mouthfeel.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve at a cool room temperature of 16 to 18°C. Serve with mushroom burgers; red sauce pasta; cheesy lasagna; barbecued steak and sauteed mushrooms; roasted spaghetti squash tossed with tomato sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano; gourmet pizza topped with pepperoni, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, and tomato sauce; Margherita pizza; cedar-plank salmon; vegetarian stews; black bean dips; aged Brie with water-crackers. Drink now or cellar through 2026.
