With hints of smoky oak and sweet spice, this medium-bodied, low sugar, dry red wine is the perfect red wine sipper. Try with grilled burgers, grilled Portobello mushrooms, Bolognese, red sauce pastas and deep dish pizza.

Traditional red wine making. Subtle French and American oak aging for the perfect balance of fruit and delicate oak.
TASTING NOTES
A deep purple in colour with a bouquet of baked blue plum and black cherry fruit, accented by a touch of smoky oak and sweet spice. A dry, smooth, medium-bodied red wine with flavours of ripe dark plum and cherry mingling with sweet spice, which also linger on the finish with an added note of black tea.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve at a cool room temperature of 16 to 18°C. Enjoy with cold beef wraps; mild Canadian cheddar; grilled burgers; grilled red meats; meatloaf; beef pie; meaty red sauce pastas; mushroom stir-fries. Drink young and fresh.
