Clear and bright with a wonderful bouquet of gooseberry, passion fruit, lemon balm, and subtle notes of oak and honeycomb. A dry, complex, medium-to-full-bodied wine with refreshing acidity, lovely texture, and a rich round mouthfeel. Flavours of tropical fruits, Meyer lemon, gooseberry, and apricot glide over the palate. Lingering notes of gooseberry, guava, lemon herbs, and a hint of honeycomb, oak, and spice inspires contemplation.

Wine Making
Harvested September 26 from Glenlake Vineyard (66.7% Sauvignon Blanc) and Neufeld Vineyard (33.3% Semillon) in the Niagara Lakeshore Sub-Appellation [Sustainable Winegrowing Ontario Certified Vineyards]. Only premium free-run juice used for full expression of the fruit. Barrel fermented, then aged for 10 months in 100% French oak barrels to develop a rich, complex mouthfeel. Top barrel selection to determine the final blend.

Serving Suggestions
A wine to sip slowly to savour its texture and flavours. Serve lightly chilled at 14 to 16°C. Serve with grilled white fish; cedar-planked salmon; creamy pasta dishes with smoked chicken and herbs; herb vegetable quiche; herbed roast chicken. Best enjoyed now through 2030.
