A exquisit addition to any cellar, this NEW Wild Cask Cabernet Franc is a true expression of Niagara terrior.
From the phenomenal 2020 vintage, we hand-picked Cabernet Franc grapes from two organically grown, low-yielding vineyard blocks, Crabtree Vineyard (3.2 acres, planted in 1999, in Beamsville), and the on-site Thirty Bench Estate vineyard.
Flavours of ripe dark fruits, sweet spice, and oak on the palate. The extra dry finish lingers with notes of black tea, cocoa, and black currant.
