The Private Reserve Chardonnay is medium-bodied and rich. Flavours of ripe apple and pear with a touch of warm butter, toast and biscuit caress the palate. Refreshing notes of lemon and green apple are accented by spicy, toasty oak notes on the finish. This wine was barrel fermented and aged for 12 months in mainly French oak barriques.

The Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested from estate owned vineyards and from our long-standing growers within the Niagara Peninsula. Aged for 12 months in 60% American and 40% French oak barrels with full malolactic fermentation. Black garnet in colour with an amazing bouquet of black currant, leather, black cherry, black olive, smoke, sweet oak and vanilla. Full-bodied and firm with rich, ripe black fruit flavours accented by notes of tea leaves and cocoa powder. Spiced blackberry, dark chocolate and cherry notes linger on the extra-dry finish.

The Private Reserve Meritage is a classic blend of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, aged for 12 months in 55% French and 45% American oak barrels (25% new oak) with full malolactic fermentation. This medium to full-bodied Meritage has fruit flavours of juicy black and red berries accented by notes of spice. The extra-dry finish lingers with notes of black tea, cherry and plum.
