Fresh and dry, this tasty Rosé is delicate coral pink in colour and explodes with flavours of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit and white peach. Crisp and refrshing serve chilled and serve with tapas, chicken tagine, thin crust pizzas or turkey with cranberry sauce.

The 2023 Rosé line-up consists of 79.1% Pinot Noir, 17.5% Merlot, and 3.4% Pinot Meunier, all harvested from our long-standing growers within the Niagara Peninsula [Sustainable Winegrowing Ontario Certified vineyards]. The varietals were given approximately four hours of skin contact, then gently pressed, and cool fermented in stainless steel. The wines were then blended and aged for a short period of time to enhance the fresh fruit aromas and flavours.
