Yield: 10 skewers


Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken
3 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fresh rosemary (minced)
fresh cracked black pepper
10 bamboo skewers (optional-substitute rosemary skewers)


Method:
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Cut chicken into 1" chunks. Put chicken in a bowl and dress with oil, garlic, soy sauce, pepper and rosemary.
Slide chicken onto skewers. Heat grill to medium high. Grill chicken for a couple of minutes each side.
