Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces.
6 cups assorted cut-up fresh vegetables (mushrooms, onions, zucchini, red and yellow peppers)
1/2 cup BBQ sauce divided.


Method:
Heat greased grill to medium heat.
Thread chicken onto 8 skewers alternately with vegetables. Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
Grill kabobs 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is done, turning after 8 minutes and brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 5 minutes.
Serve with the reserved sauce.
