1 package button mushrooms
8oz Summer Fresh Spinach Dip

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Blend 2 parts Summer Fresh Spinach Dip with 1 part fresh breadcrumbs. Divide mixture evenly between large mushroom caps. Sprinkle each stuffed mushroom with a little shredded Swiss or mozzarella cheese. Bake on a rimmed baking sheet until cheese is bubbly and golden.
