Ingredients:
4 oz Panama Jack's Original, iced
4 oz Butterscotch Schnapps, iced
4 tbsp whipped cream
4 glazed cherries, pre-soaked in 4 oz of XOXO Shiraz-Cabernet in the fridge overnight
2 Maraschino cherries


Method:
Pour the schnapps into your glass, then gently pour on the a layer of Panam Jack's Original.
Top with a small dab of whipped cream.
Save the Shiraz-soaked cherries for last. Drop them in, right through the whipped cream. They'll sink to the bottom, carrying the different flavours with them.
Finish it off with a Maraschino cherry garnish.
Tip: The Shiraz-soaked cherries get better as they age if you leave them in the fridge for up to a week - just keep adding glazed cherries and wine.
