2 tbsp Late Harvest Vidal
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 pear thinly sliced
salad greens (bite size)
1/4 cup walnuts or pinenut
1/4 cup blue cheese

Thinly slice the pear and marinate in mixture of Late Harvest Vidal, honey and lemon juice.
Place salad greens on plate. Fan pear slices on salad. Crumble blue cheese on top. Sprinkle nuts on top. Drizzle remaining dressing over the salad.
