Ingredients:
6 pitas (6-inch rounds)


Method:
Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and heat oven to 325 degrees.
Split and quarter the pita rounds.
Place pita triangles directly on oven rack. Bake until golden brown and completely crisp, about 10 minutes.
Serve with your favourite dips.
