Join The Wine Shop and Tasting Room and explore the flavours of fall with 3 delicious wine-based beverages! They will be making an autumn-inspired sangria, a warm mulled wine with a fiery cheese pairing, and finally, the fall essential – Pumpkin Spice Latte.  A selection of curated food pairings will be enjoyed with each beverage. This must do, Instagram-worthy experience will leave you with recipes you’ll want to use all season long!

Chef's Table Dinner

Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes in your favourite restaurant? This is your chance to get a sneak a peek into Executive Chef Jason Parsons’ winery restaurant and enjoy an incredible dinner!

The experience begins with a sparkling wine reception in the kitchen with Chef Parsons and his culinary brigade. You’ll see them in action and learn a few tips and tricks you can try at home. In the restaurant dining room, you’ll savour a 4-course menu with perfect wine pairings from our award-winning VQA wine list. Throughout the evening the culinary team will come out to present each course and share their passion and inspiration behind their dish. The night will conclude with a gift from the kitchen team as a keepsake of the evening.

Trius Black Glass Dinner

Amplify your senses at this interactive dining experience! Hosted by our wine experts, you’ll start the evening with a guided wine tasting in the cellar. For dinner, you’ll have the best seats in the house as you savour 3-courses of locally-inspired cuisine by Executive Chef Frank Dodd.

Each course will include secret wine pairings disguised in opaque black stemware, and with the assistance of the Trius team, you’ll guess which wine is in your glass. Red or white? Chardonnay or Riesling? Merlot or Cabernet Franc? Put your nose and palate to the test! After dinner, we’ll have a dessert reception.

Wine and Whisky Dinner Cellar

This is a perfect opportunity for both wine and whisky lovers to come together and celebrate the best Canadian flavours!

Join us for this epic culinary adventure with wine, whisky and local farm-fresh ingredients. We’ll start the evening with a cocktail or beer in the distillery, before settling into underground barrel cellar for a 4-course dinner. Chef Frank Dodd will serve up the bounty of the great north, expertly paired with our award-winning wines, whiskies and spirits. We’ll finish the evening with a delicious dessert.

Murder Mystery Dinner

We’re bringing a little mystery to the winery this fall with an interactive 3-course dinner. The evening will begin with a dark and mysterious cocktail reception before settling into the Vineyard Pavilion for dinner. You’ll put your detective skills to the test in deliciously sly “whodunit” mystery experience!
